Snowshoe Elopement on Aspen Mountain
When it comes to adventurous ways to get married, it doesn’t get much more epic than B & T’s snowshoe elopement. They came to Colorado from the West Coast and invited a handful of their best friends. We can’t express enough how relaxed, fun, and supportive the vibe was. Our 8 hour adventure was literally filled with love and excitement every single minute!
After a scenic ski lift to the top of Aspen Mountain, B nailed her spontaneous drum solo. Then, we snowshoed off the common path to a private, snowy nook. Snowshoes allowed us to access a space that would normally be too deep. Full flakes floated everywhere, and it felt like a lively snow globe. Soon, B & T exchanged vows.

Aspen / Snowmass Airbnb Elopement Celebration
To extend the time they had to spend with everyone, they rented a place where everyone could stay and enjoy each other’s company. Before and after this snowshoe elopement, the house served a purpose far greater than just housing everyone. From getting ready together and the first look to signing the marriage license and celebrating in style, having their airbnb as home base was more than useful.
Getting Married Their Way
B & T got married their way. They wanted something more private and personal before they held a bigger, more formal party on the West Coast to celebrate their marriage. Oh yeah, and when you want a shot-ski with your besties, you make it happen! It was truly such a delight to be a part of this snowshoe elopement and special celebration!
