Garden of the Gods is home to towering red rock formations and expansively colorful vistas. The towering sandstone monoliths are truly inspiring to behold from afar as well as up close. The origins of the landscapes date back to the Pleistocene Ice Age when erosion and glaciation of the rocks began forming what we now see today. The name of the park was coined in August of 1859 by two surveyors from Denver City – Garden of the Gods.

Rachel and Anthony have one of the most adorable meet cutes! Their paths randomly intersected one late night during a chance meeting at a gas station! They were both in line at an ATM, and Anthony had on shorts that were so cute, they caught Rachel’s attention. Immediately, they realized they had a lot in common and even went to a concert together just days after meeting. What started as a friendship soon evolved into a lifelong partnership. In life, it’s often the unexpected that leaves the most profound imprint on our lives!
