Lyons Farmette Wedding | Danielle & Adam - Run Wild With Me Photography

Danielle and Adam’s Lyons Farmette wedding was as beautiful as it was intentional. We had the pleasure of photographing Danielle and Adam’s engagement portraits on a day where rain showers brought fog to the waters of Rocky Mountain National Park. That same enchanted feel carried over to their wedding. Getting to know these two is inspiring – their relationship has been in blossom for more than a decade. Their persevering romance stood strongly rooted at the altar, as they each endured a lot to make this day a reality. And what a day it was – check it out!

The venue itself is a pure delight! From the getting ready spots for the bride and groom to the overall service and organization, the Farmette has it all. Though it is located just off of the main street that sweeps through the town of Lyons, it has the feel of a remote emerald forrest. Radiating rustic vibes and classic cars fill the air with nostalgia. The grounds are thoroughly maintained and are also home to friendly alpacas, hens, and goats among others.

What’s more, these aren’t even the best parts about the Farmette. The floral arrangements absolutely ignited inspiring magic and tied the whole experience into a beautiful knot! The flowers are grown on site and would definitely bring a smile to Clarissa Dalloway’s face 🙂 It made finding complimentary compositions so easy. We had so much fun zigzagging in the garden, playing in the alpacas pen, and dancing the night away with Danielle and Adam during their Lyons Farmette wedding!

Oh yes, the alpacas! You probably are wondering when they will make an appearance – well, here you go!!

Guests fruitfully celebrated the love between these two well into the night. Danielle and Adam were the fire, and everyone around were supporting sparks. The reception was amazing, but the highlight might have been the preliminary cake cutting. Some couples are tame, some seem to know shenanigans are forthcoming, and others are full of total surprise. Danielle surprised everyone, especially Adam, without a moment of hesitation as she instigated one of the most adorable cake fights we’ve ever seen. The look of total shock on Adam’s face is 100% priceless. Don’t let Danielle’s sweet smile fool you; it was pure premeditated cake carnage (that always makes for delicious kisses)!!

Danielle and Adam’s sunset newlywed portraits are more of the same beauty from the beginning of the day. To say that we enjoyed photographing their wedding would be an understatement.
